Principal Consultant
As a Principal Consultant at Omnium Improvement you are a senior member that drives our clients’ projects, engages in sales activities to generate new business opportunities and you are a key part of the company core that helps everyone to grow as a whole as well as on individual level.
Core Responsibilities:
- Excellent understanding of technical challenges within digital transformation
- Project and program design, management and delivery
- Drive pipeline of projects and pipeline of own staffing
- Lead and coach project leads
- Manage stakeholders and use of resources across the various projects
- Own sales targets and participation in sales meetings and proposal work

The successful candidate will bring a mix of business and technical depth, have a strong business mindset, and experience from large digital transformations.
Bring your skills and experience to life:
You have documented results of completing large digital transformation programmes as well as excellent understanding of technical challenges within digital transformation. You have 8+ years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm or similar roles from the industry.
You master the ability to communicate ideas effectively in visuals as well as both verbally and in writing in both Danish and English. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels – from developers to CEOs. Characterized by a high level of drive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
You have a a strong commercial mindset focused on creating customer value and the proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Graduate degree and a solid academic record (preferably Master, or Ph.D.)
Help solving the most complex digital challenges
You will face projects across the digital value chain. Examples from our work so far includes establishing an IT/Digitization strategy; analyzing how to support EU standards through new, national infrastructure components; creating a cloud migration path for a financial institution; writing a public reference architecture for data sharing; creating a method for improving architecture quality in agile projects; establishing central technical standards for a customer with a multi-vendor setup; managing a digital transformation program with 100+ developers; helping a customer deal with critical technical challenges in an implementation project; and much more.
